He was taken into custody by police early Friday morning in Louisville, Kentucky, but has since been released from jail. In today's birthday news: Blues Musician Taj Mahal turns 82, comedian Craig Ferguson 62, Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor 59, Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme 51, dancer Derek Hough 39, and actress Nikki Reed 36.
