The Moody Blues founding member, keyboard player Mike Pinder, dies at 82. Pinder passed away on Wednesday according to a statement made by family, saying 'His final days were filled with music, encircled by the love of his family. Michael lived his life with a childlike wonder, walking a deeply introspective path which fused the mind and the heart.' Pinder was the last surviving original band member. Judge denies motion to dismiss Travis Scott from Astroworld lawsuits. Scott's attorneys argue that the rapper did not hold any weight in safety planning for the event, but victims' families argue that he was negligent in his encouragement of boosting fan attendance and in disregarding security guidelines.
