Description: Halemaʻumaʻu Crater is a pit crater located within the summit caldera of Kīlauea in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii Island. The lava lake remained close to the rim since it became visible from the Jaggar Museum overlook. This was filmed on April 22nd 2017 when the lava lake was particularly active. Shot using a combination of Nikon D750 and GoPro Hero 5 Black cameras
