Description: Rogue tradesmen blighting Leeds streets with illegally dumped waste are the target of a new scheme to crackdown on fly-tipping.<br/><br/>Leeds City Council has launched its accredited waste carrier scheme, which enables residents to choose from a selection of trustworthy, city-based businesses to take away their waste.<br/><br/>One of the first businesses to sign up was LAH Waste, which boss Craig Risdon named after kids Lacey, Alfie and Harrison.
