June 9 – Sagres to Lisbon by bus not bikennThis morning as usual my wrist is swollen and hurting. My feet, ankles and lower legs are now so swollen that it looks like I have no ankles at all. It is an effort to walk. My body has had enough. Good thing that I'm not heading out on another 100+ km race day!nnAt our last breakfast together everyone is relaxed and tired, with those that went out drinking and dancing very tired. nnWe say our sad farewells to those staying on in Sagres for some well
