I first saw this traffic officer on you tube and though I want to film this guy.So just armed with a DSLR Canon 650D camera, no tripod, so all hand held off I go to find him in Manila Philippines.Luckly he was there.My friends asked him if he would direct traffic in his unique style and he said Yes.... I have used Billy Jean by Michael Jackson as a music backdrop.ENJOY....
