A total of 16 ballistic missiles and five suicide drones were launched against mock targets in a simulated operation by the Iranian military.<br/><br/>Tensions have continued to escalate between Iran and Israel in recent weeks as nuclear negotiations between Tehran and world powers stalled in Vienna. Israel has vowed that if Iran's nuclear program reaches a stage approaching the production of atomic weapons, it will act regardless of the deal the United States and other world powers reached with Tehran.<br/><br/>An article published by the Jerusalem Post on Sunday said such Iranian threats were more important than ever. \")
