Description: Miyoshi based the music of this work on some melodies of Hungarian folk songs. The story of the story is inspired by the Bulgarian folk tale. Yamagara translates to Varied Tit, a perching bird that is found in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and northern China.nnRecorded on March 5, 2013 at the 'Fujii Percussion & Voices' concert presented by Soundstreams At Koerner Hall in Toronto, Canada.
