मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट पिथौरागढ़ संजय सिंह की अदालत ने पतंजलि आयुर्वेद लिमिटेड कंपनी के असिस्टेंट जनरल मैनेजर (एजीएम), डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर कान्हा जी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के असिस्टेंट मैनेजर और एक व्यापारी को छह-छह माह की सजा सुनाई। कोर्ट ने तीनों पर कुल 40 हजार का अर्थदंड भी लगाया। अर्थदंड न देने पर दोषियों को अतिरिक्त कारावास भुगतना पड़ेगा। <br/> <br/>The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Pithoragarh Sanjay Singh sentenced the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Patanjali Ayurved Limited Company, the Assistant Manager of Distributor Kanha Ji Private Limited and a businessman to six months imprisonment each. The court also imposed a total fine of Rs 40 thousand on all three.
