Ulica Tekija čikma se nalazi u središnjem dijelu Starog Grada, u neposrednoj blizini Ćumurija mosta. Naziv Tekija čikma je dobila po nakšibendijskoj tekiji, koju je 1664. godine osnovao šejh Hasan Kaimija, poznatiji kao Kaimi-baba. n Tekija je uništena u velikom požaru 1879. godine. Nakon toga je dobila ime Iza džamije čikma (Ajas-pašina džamija na koju se ovo odnosi, također je uništena u požaru 1879. godine).n Godine 1918. ovoj slijepoj ulici je dato ime Zrinjskog čikma, po
