Description: Introducing thousands of dads who are changing their communities: Meet the ERPATs. With more than 20 typhoons and other disasters hitting the Philippines each year, Unbound dads in the Philippines Antipolo program wanted to do more. They started a disaster response group called ERPAT, which stands for Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities. Now there are almost 9,000 members to help respond to typhoons, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, fires and other disasters in their communities.
