Tewkesbury Borough Safety Advisory Group stated last year that the 2023 event had put a strain on emergency services after several people suffered injuries following the event.<br/><br/>This year it seems IShowSpeed could be another heading to the emergency room after he appeared to suffer an injury to his leg during the race.<br/><br/>He was seen tumbling down a hill and landing flat on his back as the race began but did not seem to be seriously harmed after the race. The YouTuber also believed that he could have won if he had time to develop his technique - claiming that he came fourth.<br/><br/>It came just days after he was seen partying with Manchester United's FA Cup winning side, with the YouTuber appearing in an interview after the race stating he needed to go to hospital. <br/><br/>'Just tell us about your leg, have you fractured your leg?' a reporter from the BBC asked the American after the race. <br/><br/>'You see that blood right there?' Speed said while pointing to his leg. The YouTuber told the reporter that had a 'plumbing infraction' before adding: 'It bruises and swells up.
