When the coronary arteries get obstructed to the extent where they can no longer supply blood to heart muscles, it can lead to a heart attack (also known as myocardial infarction).<br/><br/>What are systolic and diastolic readings of blood pressure?<br/><br/>Systolic readings refer to the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract.
