He brought it out once when I couldn’t sleep on a night when the lightning cast exaggerated shadows of trees, making them look like a knot of jointy spider legs. He knew I liked adventure stories. Knew the picture with the toothy castle walls, the palisades, the arrows, and the armor would guide me into dreamland. This image is the second in our story.nnHe pointed to the figure on the left.")
