Michael Mamas reminded them: Anger is a reaction to something that lies deeper. That which lies deeper than anger is hurt. Oftentimes, when you feel hurt, you get angry. To the point that you don’t even say, “Oh, you hurt me.” You don’t even allow yourself to feel the hurt. What you allow yourself to feel is the anger. That’s easy. nnJ
