Tout ce petit monde s’active du lundi au samedi pour offrir un espace d'accueil agréable aux plus démunis de Liège. Le chef, c’est le directeur, évidemment. Mais dans ce laboratoire social, on pratique la démocratie au boulot. Les décisions ne tombent pas irrémédiablement d’en haut mais sont toujours discutées avec l’ensemble de l’équipe. Benoît")
