Santa Cruz still comes with two engine options; 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 191 hp (142 kW / 194 PS) and 181 lb-ft (245 Nm) of torque, and a 2.5-liter turbo producing 281 hp. (210 kW / 285 PS) and 311 lb-ft (422 Nm) of torque. Both are connected to a lightly tuned eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The ID.3 GTX and ID.7 GTX Tourer are now closely followed by the sporty electric van of the VW Commercial Vehicles division.<br/><br/>The minibus going to Europe for families who are always in a hurry comes with a four-wheel drive system as standard, thanks to its dual electric motors. Customers can choose between the standard wheelbase version combined with a 79 kWh battery and the longer wheelbase model, which benefits from a higher usable energy content of 86 kWh.<br/><br/>The engine pair is good for a total system output of 335 horsepower, allowing for both flavors to hit 62 mph in just six and a half seconds.
