As we were travelling in 4x4 Jeep, so our travel was safe.We stayed for a While in Kearn for lunch and take our car back which was parked at Turist resort upper Neelam.We reached Jagran at 6.pm.Our booking was made in advance.<br/><br/>Travel dates 28 April-23 to 2nd May-23<br/>Road Conditions <br/>The Road condition is good up till Sharda however, the road from Sharda to Kel is bumpy and gets slippery during Rain. A normal car can reach it easily to Sharda however, it is suggested to leave your cars in Keran or maximum in Sharda and Hire a Jeep. In case of any problem with local transport, the driver will take care of it and you can easily move ahead. that is what happened to us. but if you have your own car, you won't find any good workshop for your expensive Automatic car and your whole travel adventure will be at risk. <br/><br/>Jeep Fare in Neelam<br/>We hired a 4 by 4 Jeep from Keran for full 3 days and 2 nights in PKR.30,000. The name of our driver was Toseef Hussain and his contact number is +92355 8002483 Travel Time from Keran- Neelam Valley to Kel Normally, it takes 5 ~6 hours to reach Kel but if you don't start early, you might get some traffic on the way. Best place to Go in Alang Kel- Room Rents? The best place to stay here is Alang Kel. If you reach early you can spend the night on Alang kel. If you like an adventure, use the Trek that goes down towards the river bridge. It is 2 hours of trekking but you will enjoy the natural sights and a beautiful waterfall right next to the wooden bridge. the Cost for a double bed Room costs around PKR 3500 to PKR 5000 for an average hotel. however, you can book your stay in the Hotel of Kashmir AZK Tourist Department situated at Tourism Complex, Bank Square, Chattar Muzaffarabad. helpline 1422 <br/><br/><br/><br/>Food and Cooking <br/>You will get good food options in Kel and Alang Kel. if you are fond of self-cooking, you can buy Chicken Meat from Kel. It is suggested to use chicken meat since it is fresh. The beef is not recommended unless you are sure that it is fresh, not frozen. The best option is to ask your hotel management to prepare lunch or dinner for you and specifically mention what you would like to eat. Use vegetables and rice for lunch, BBQ for dinner and Eggs for breakfast. <br/><br/>

After the events of the last film, the unit has expanded though there's pressure on Commissioner Mayank Sharma (Manuj Bhaskar) to shut it down. One night, a deadly shootout takes place at Night Owl Bar where several people are killed. Avinash is asked to head the cast as the PA of a minister also dies in the shootout. Avinash and his team begin the investigation assuming that the shootout took place to eliminate the PA. But they soon realize that a girl present at the bar, Azma Khan (Surbhi Rohra), is the reason why the killings happened. She was present at the bar with her friend Irrfan and both were eliminated. As they investigate, the unit realizes that Azma was an escort. Meanwhile, the dead body of a girl named Tara Sachdev is found in Jaipur. Avinash realizes that there's a connection between the two murders. But it's not easy to zero in on a suspect as there are too many players involved, all with their own motives. What happens next forms the rest of the film.<br/><br/>Aban Bharucha Deohans' story is intriguing. Aban Bharucha Deohans' screenplay is captivating in places. In no time, one gets sucked into the goings-on. The writing is also peppered with a lot of unexpected developments. However, it gets too stretched in the middle. Aban Bharucha Deohans' dialogues have an impact but a few one-liners seem forced.<br/><br/>Aban Bharucha Deohans' direction is uncomplicated, which is very important since a lot happens in the film and there are too many suspects. As it happens in most whodunits, the director makes viewers guess who must be behind the killings and the motive for doing so. There’s also a human trafficking angle that adds a lot to the plot. In fact, the Jaipur episode keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The suspense is unpredictable.<br/><br/>On the flipside, the film is 2 hours and 22 minutes long. It drags at some places. Though the makers try their best to keep the narrative simple, a few developments are confusing. The flashback of the killing at the bar is very unconvincing. How exactly the killer killed so many without a hindrance is not easy to digest. Also, the motive behind it is weak. A few developments are not depicted visually and are given a raw deal. It hampers the impact to some extent.")
