Today was my day off before my weekend on call. One of my favourite things to do is watch my loveable tom-cat Leonardo meditate at the window mid-morning. He usually does this after an early morning stroll in the garden. Today, he was thoroughly enjoying the rays of the morning sun on his black fur, and looked like he was in a state of bliss. His eyes were closed, his tail was still and I think he was in a state of complete zen. My studio faces the window, so I sat at the keys scoring the scene
