Romantická zřícenina hradu ze 13. století se vypíná nad údolím řeky Berounky. Hrad byl založen Jetřichem z Krašova v roce 1232. Páni z Krašova hrad vlastnili do poloviny 14. století, pak patřil Kolovratům. Byl přestavěn na renesanční zámek, v 18. století se stal letním sídlem mnichů plaského kláštera. Po opuštění kláštera v roce 1785 začal hrad rychle chátrat.nDodnes se zachovala se okrouhlá věž, do skály vytesaná cisterna a opravené zbytky hradního pal
