They were loathe to this proposal when they found out that it was on the latter’s behalf for they had thought that the Prophet s wanted to marry her himself. But afterwards they consented because of the following part of the verse And whoever disobeys God and His Messenger has certainly strayed into manifest error. Thus the Prophet s gave her in marriage to Zayd. Then on one occasion whereafter when he realized that Zayd lost his affection for her and so said to the Prophet s ‘I want to part with her’. But the Prophet said to him ‘Retain your wife for yourself’ as God exalted be He says.")

Our Prophet (SAW), said in a hadith, “Whoever recites Surah Waqiah at night will never encounter poverty”. Another hadith from our Prophet (SAW) says, “Surah Waqiah is the Surah of Wealth, so recite it and teach it to your children” (Ibn Asakir) Abdullah Ibn Masood (rz) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites Surah al-Waqiah every night, he will never be afflicted by poverty. The total number of verses in this surah are 96. It mainly discusses the afterlife , and the different fates people will face in it.Juzʼ 27 Protection against Poverty Surah Waqiah protects against poverty as our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that no person in Ummah should taste poverty if he recites this Surah every night. This Surah does not take more than 5 minutes to recite the rewards yet are so big SubhanAllah! Surah in the Qur’an has many healing benefits. Our Prophet (SAW), said in a hadith, “Whoever recites Surah Waqiah at night will never encounter poverty”. Another hadith from our Prophet (SAW) says, “Surah Waqiah is the Surah of Wealth, so recite it and teach it to your children” (Ibn Asakir) Abdullah Ibn Masood (rz) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites Surah al-Waqiah every night, he will never be afflicted by poverty.
