On this week's episode of Yahoo Finance Future Focus, our host Brian McGleenon speaks with Zodia Markets Ireland Chair Michael Walsh, discussing BlackRock's market-leading position in the tokenisation of real-world assets on blockchains. Walsh highlighted BlackRock's advancements to date, noting their spot bitcoin exchange-traded funs (ETF) inflows, and a dollar-denominated US Treasury Fund tokenised on the Ethereum blockchain, which saw nearly a billion dollars in immediate inflows post-tokenisation. Walsh maintains the developments positions BlackRock as having first-mover advantage in the burgeoning tokenisation sector. The approval of BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust by the SEC in January marked a pivotal moment, with BlackRock CEO Larry Fink predicting that ETFs are just the beginning of a technological revolution, ultimately leading to the tokenisation of all financial assets.

It's a long-held observation that you should never ask a Scotsman what's under his kilt.

But that tradition was ignored by one German TV host, who was left extremely red-faced after a major wardrobe malfunction live on air.

While covering the build-up for Euro 2024, an unsuspecting Welt TV presenter saw much more of the Tartan Army than he bargained for.

Steffen Schwarzkopf was reporting live scenes of beer-guzzling, kilt-wearing fans drinking in the streets and decided to approach one group.

But the TV segment soon descended into mayhem when they planted a sticker on the reporter's head and chest.

As they continued chanting and drinking, one of the fans decided to play a prank by lifting a fan's skirt and proving what we all know to be true about what's underneath a kilt.

But despite having his manhood exposed live on air, the fan didn't seem to mind and laughed along with his friends.

The camera quickly zoomed back to Mr Schwarzkopf who appeared rather embarrassed and shielded his eyes with his hands, sparking hoots of laughter by the raucous bunch.

The group is among thousands of Tartan Army fans who headed to Munich for the opening clash against Germany tonight.

Thousands more will watch from home as Scots try to will the national men's football team on to victory as they take on Germany in tonight's Euro 2024 opening match.

The man whose kilt was lifted was wearing a German shirt but it was not immediately clear who he was supporting.

Scotland fan Cameron Angus, 25, was in the group of supporters in Munich around the fan.

The recruiter from Glasgow revealed to MailOnline that none of the group knew the man - and they hadn't seen him since.

Mr Angus said: 'We're obviously in Munich and there's journalists and media with microphones wanting to talk to our pals.'

He told how Welt chief reporter Steffen Schwarzkopf was among the broadcasters who approached them in the square.

Mr Angus continued: 'A guy came up to us and we gave him a bit of banter and stuck a sticker on his head.'

The presenter began his broadcast, and one of Mr Angus's friends lifted the man's kilt.

But he added: 'The guy whose kilt got lifted, we don't know who he is - he's just a random guy. I think he must have been Scottish with the kilt on.'

Mr. Angus said that after the broadcast, Mr. Schwarzkopf 'kind of shook his hand and laughed a bit but looked a bit concerned'.

The fan added that he woke up this morning to a 'billion messages from everyone', and heard someone claim that the man has a wife and daughter.

Mr. Angus said scenes in Munich were 'chaos', adding that the ratio between Scotland and fans and German fans was about 7-1 and it is 'just a sea of kilts as blue'.

He said had bought a one-way ticket to Germany, and knew most of the people in the video, but added: 'It's just coincidence that the guy whose c**k came out, no one knows.'

A teenager was stuck on the roof of a covered court after chasing a monkey that stole his phone.Weerapong Roonruang, 17, had left his handset next to a field to play football with his friends when a curious macaque plucked the gadget and ran away in Chachoengsao, Thailand, on June 14.Because he also used his phone for school, Weerapong sprinted after the animal and clambered up the beams of the covered court where the monkey had fled. However, he failed to retrieve the device and was left on the roof around 12ft from the ground.Rescuers later arrived and used a boom truck to bring the teenager back to the ground.Weerapong's mum Benjawan Srimuang, 41, said she went looking for her son as he had failed to come home even though it was already dark. She said: 'When I arrived, I saw my son climbing up onto the roof and trying to reach for the monkey that was holding his phone. My husband called my son's number, and the naughty monkey threw the phone away when it was startled by the vibrations. I then called rescuers for help.'Weerapong was taken to the Bang Pakong Hospital for treatment. His phone, which had numerous bite marks and scratches, has also been retrieved and is still functional.

Peter Thornett always saw the concrete space on Scraith Wood Drive as something with potential. It had been overlooked for years.

On this quiet, single street community, he felt one thing would be perfect... a community garden, but with little money available to the residents' association, there was little he could do.

Then came Sam Penrose, a third-year Architecture & Landscaping student at the University of Sheffield. Throughout his final year at university, Sam has been working, for free, to give Peter and the Scraith Wood Drive community exactly what it dreamed of.

Now, the end is in sight.

More than half of Brits have been motivated to become greener over the past year - after seeing shocking damage to the world's ecosystems.

A survey, of 2,000 adults, revealed 69 per cent have been shocked by heatwaves across Europe and 56 per cent have been moved by wildfires in Hawaii, California, and Australia.

Almost half (45 per cent) say they are adopting a greener way of life following the recent droughts in parts of Africa, including Zimbabwe, Tunisia, and Namibia.

And another 45 per cent have changed their ways after seeing flooding across Asia.

In addition, 76 per cent want to make more of a difference after witnessing the suffering caused by the climate crisis to people, animals, and communities across the world.

The research was commissioned by SPANA [https://spana.org/get-involved/international-working-animal-day-2024/], the Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad, as part of its ninth International Working Animal Day, which this year is raising awareness of the impact of the climate crisis on working animals, like horses, donkeys and camels, in low-income countries.

Linda Edwards, chief executive of the global animal welfare charity, which has recently provided emergency treatment to 8,800 injured and abandoned working animals following landslides in Tanzania, said: “The growing severity of the climate crisis is becoming clearer than ever to the public.

“And this is driving a significant shift towards environmental responsibility in households in the UK.

“But working animals are often the forgotten victims - in many cases, dangerous conditions are a worsening problem for working animals and are threatening the survival of many animals globally.

“Tragic events, like landslides in the Hanang district in the Manyara region in northern Tanzania last year, led to the loss of many lives and an estimated 200 animals - with around 25 per cent being working donkeys.

“Heavy rain led to communities and working animals being vulnerable to both food shortages and displacement - with grazing areas, farms, and infrastructure washed away, while homes were destroyed.

“In addition to delivering critical treatment in Tanzania, we provided 3,200 working animals with emergency feed.\
