The tower is constructed of concrete, steel, and aluminum.<br/><br/>With 128 m high and 18 floors, it was after the end of its construction in 1974, the highest architectural structure in the country, a title it kept until the inauguration of the Telefonica Tower in 1996 with 143 m.
