Description: Hi, I'm Justin from Back In Motion. A frozen shoulder, otherwise known as adhesive capsulitis is a condition that results in significant pain and loss of movement it's often idiopathic meaning there's no cause or reason but can often occur after trauma to the shoulder such as a shoulder surgery. It's the cause of great frustration for both patients and physios alike due to the slow rate of recovery. This condition can last anywhere from five months to two years. 70% of patients are women age 40
