Description: Begin by laying on your back legs flat on the ground toes pointing toward the ceiling. Use as much or as little assistance nas needed from the Flexvit band anchored to the door or a post directly in front of you at angle. Tuck chin and begin flexing or rolling up segment by segment first lifting your head then upper back then lower back until acheiving a sitting position. Then slowly reverse the roll back down to starting position. Repeat for prescribed repetitions.
